All we ask is that you follow these simple steps:

  • Let us know within 7 days of receipt and we’ll come and collect. Email us at  customerservices@levinesfurniture.co.uk or call us at 0121 707 5545
  • Items must be unused and in there original  packaging  so please take good care of them while they are in your possession
  • Unassembled – if a product requires assembly, please return it unassembled, back in its  original box, ensuring that all instructions and fittings are included
  • We may reserve the right to cancel an order where the same product is ordered multiple times in various shades and sizes 
  • We ask that any collections are clean, dry and placed in the hallway, just inside the threshold. If deemed unsafe, we reserve the right for the crew to decline collection, after taking photographic evidence.
  • Refunds will be processed as soon as possible after collection
  • Cancellation policy: Once you place the order you have 7 days to change your mind and cancel your order FOC if the order is above £350. If the order is under £350 different prices apply 
  • if the order has advanced through the system and it is getting closer to be delivered you have  to let us know 14 days prior to delivery to cancel the order FOC
  • If you cancel your order after the dates stated above we reserve the right to charge you a cancellation fee of 20% of the total cost  of the order
